How to remove a photo background
Drop a picture, wait, download a PNG. What to try if the edge looks messy.
Three steps
Open Background remover. Drop a photo (or click to choose one). Wait until the picture shows with a see-through background, then download it.
The first time can take a minute on a slow connection. After that it is usually quicker on the same phone or computer.
If the cut looks wrong
Crop so the person or product is large in the frame. Avoid a shirt that is the same color as the wall. Try a sharper original, not a tiny thumbnail.
Hair and glass are hard for every automatic tool. Download what you have, then clean the edge in any app that shows a checkerboard behind the picture.
What you can do with the file
Put it on a colored slide, a listing, or a new backdrop. Keep the PNG if you still need the transparent parts. Only save as JPG when you are sure you do not need that.
